AQUA BABY

Age: 3 months – 3 years
What They Learn:
Water familiarization and sensory play.
Basic floating (assisted) and gentle submersion.
Motor skill development through songs/games.
Bonding with parents in a safe aquatic environment.

PRE JUNIOR

Age: 3 – 5 years.
What They Learn:
Foundational swimming skills (kicking, arm strokes, breathing).
Independent floating (front & back).
Introduction to Freestyle and Backstroke.
Safe jumping into water and introductory diving.

JUNIOR

Age: 5 – 10 years.
What They Learn:
Breaststroke Education
Butterfly / Dolphin Education
Get 4 Stars
Until reaching 4 competitive strokes (Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke, Butterfly).

SENIOR

Age: 11 – 18 years.
What They Learn:
Foundational swimming skills (kicking, arm strokes, breathing).
Independent floating (front & back).
Introduction to Freestyle and Backstroke.
Safe jumping into water and introductory diving.
Until reaching 4 competitive strokes (Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke, Butterfly).

TEAM

Age: 7 + years
What They Learn:
Advanced stroke techniques and race strategies.
High-intensity interval training (HIIT) for swimming.
Endurance training and speed drills.
Introduction to competitive swimming (optional).
Competition preparation (starts, turns, finishes).
Team relays and sportsmanship.

FINS TEAM

Age: 7+ years
What They Learn:
Monofin or bifins techniques for speed/grace.
Underwater swimming and apnea training.
Competitive finswimming (if applicable).
Safety protocols for breath-hold diving.

SPECIAL NEEDS

Age: All ages
What They Learn:
Water therapy for physical/mental development.
Customized exercises to improve mobility and coordination.
Confidence-building in a supportive environment.
Sensory-friendly activities (for autism, Down syndrome, etc.).

LADIES

Age: 12+ years.
What They Learn:
Beginner-friendly swimming lessons (if needed).

MEN

Age: 18+ years.
What They Learn:
